Good job mates
I was transferred 3 times during my phone call, but at the end I got the appointment for the day that I wanted. The company sent me a team of 2 tree surgeons, which were obviously experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done. They had to cut down a diseased apple tree and to remove its stump, and both tasks were promptly and successfully completed. Good job mates.

We hired the company to prune the trees in our garden and to give them the care and attention they required and deserved. They came at short notice and did the job for a price that we were happy with. I liked the fact they were concerned about our satisfaction, which means they have a good understanding of customer service, and they really care about what they're doing.

happy with the service provided
One night, while discussing what more we could about the vision of our garden, my wife just stopped talking for a moment and said "I want all our trees lollipop shaped". Actually, I also liked the idea and called this company on the next day morning. The booking was easy, no problems at all. The surgeons did the job just perfectly. I know the idea was a bit unusual, but our garden looks very attractive now.

Cutting down a tree
I definitely didn't expect that cutting down a single tree would take so much time, but in general, I was happy with the performance of the surgeons. The chaps cleared all the debris away after the service and also left the garden tidier than they found it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Just a few lines to say we were delighted with the work carried out by your surgeons last Sunday. They just came and cut down two trees in about 2 hours, leaving the yard neat and clean. Really, there were no signs that tree cutting had been done a few minutes ago. Thank you.
