Going downhill
We used to be with APT who got bought out by spy alarms and the service has gone massively downhill. Engineers are spread super thin and appointments to fix/service can only be arranged weeks away - we stayed home all afternoon for an appointment only to have them bump the appointment to the next day (and no, they did not phone to let us know). The final straw was when they took away our ability to manage the alarm system (other than just set it) by changing the control codes - something they want to manage to stop you going elsewhere. When we phoned up to ask for the functionality back they charged us for the privilege of simply returning the functionality had stolen from us! A total joke - clearly much more money obsessed than APT and a significant drop in customer service. Avoid!
