Communication

I was with Powell and Co in a 2 bed property for 6 months. The place was really good value for money..However the communication was PATHETIC. like a bad office temp with a bad attitude!. When my 2nd months rent was due i was in the process of waiting from JSA after being laid off my job. The office admin Anny immediately said, oh i need to end my contract now then. Made me feel so unwelcome!!!! And when i reported any problems. i waited at least 3 weeks before i got a response at which the basic indecent low detailed was in the form of ''oh sorry i have been busy''.... then when i ended the 6 month tenancy agreement, i sent an email with a .doc file attached 3 times, on all occasions the admin anny said we havent received the attatchment. Then on leaving i was asked to go to the property to drop the keys off. I emailed and left a voicemail at the office to give them my updated phone number, should the agent get stuck in traffic or be late. I pedalled from Heywood to Bolton aand got there on time.......NOTHING no phone call or email. Waited 1 hour...nobody rang or turned up. 1/10 for communication!!! Got the corporate bullying theme attatched to them!!
