Mansion House Counselling Practice provides Counselling and Psychotherapy in a quiet, reflective space where you can talk freely about difficult issues with an experienced and qualified therapist.

When you contact us you will be offered an initial consultation at which an experienced therapist will explore with you your needs and expectations and whether the services we provide could help you.

Counselling and psychotherapy at Mansion House Counselling Practice is a once-weekly, one-to-one, short-term or long-term therapy, with each session lasting 50 minutes.

The regularity and frequency of the appointments is essential to the therapeutic process, so deciding to attend therapy is a commitment that will need careful consideration.

Everybody has thoughts and feelings which have been 'pushed out of sight' as we get on with everyday life, but which still affect us. Your counsellor / psychotherapist will help you become more aware of these thoughts and feelings.

Listening carefully, your counsellor / psychotherapist will work to help you bring your true feelings to the surface, so that you can experience them and understand them.
