FG Property Management do not treat their customers honestly or fairly

I will never use FG Property Management ever again. On the day I was due to fly into the UK, I received a telephone call informing me that I was required to pay an additional £50 to FG Property Management because I would arrive at the apartment after 8pm. At no point during my discussions with FG Property Management was I informed of this (either prior to my booking or immediately after my booking). I can also confirm that there was absolutely no mention of a late arrival fee in FG Property Management Terms and Conditions. The Distance Selling Regulations states that the pre-purchase information supplied to the buyer must include the full price of the goods or services, including all taxes and additional charges. This was obviously not adhered to. When I refused to pay the additional £50 which is my right based on the above, I was told that this was company policy and that if I did not want to pay I would have to go to another location to collect the keys. Given that I’d was tired after working that morning before flying into the UK, and it probably would have cost me close to £50 to get to the other location and back to the apartment, I felt that I was left with little choice than to pay the additional £50. Obviously, transparency is not FP Property Management’s company policy. When the FG Property Management agent met us at the apartment with the keys, he promised he would speak with his director and phone me the following day. I have yet to receive a phone call almost two weeks later. Of the apartment itself, while it’s in a good location, it is above a Vietnamese restaurant which means that the kitchen stinks of fish sauce which permeates throughout the whole apartment. Also, the curtains in the bedroom were too small for the windows which meant our sleep was disturbed by the early morning sunlight. I will be reporting FG Property Management to the Trading Standards and office of Fair Trading in the hope that this discourages this kind of behaviour and forces FG Property Management to treat their customers fairly (I have screenshotted the booking terms as proof that under the terms of the booking, I should not have paid a late arrival fee)
