RIP OFF!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

First of all its just one guy.. Not a company..We have hired this one-man company(Turkish guy) who is clearly does not know what he is doing.He came in 2 visits..FIRST visit he just put some boxes around filled them with things saying they kill mice.. Rubbish.. plus put two sticky boards which we could get from corner shop.. He not serious.. (10 minutes then I gave him £50 pounds as I though he knew what he was doing and he promised to come back next time and find out "where the mice came from exactly".. which in the end he didn't know or even tried (considering we have a very small flat and no holes apart from inside the cupboard where the heating water tank)SECOND visit he came with another Turkish guy who can't say a word in English..They did not even check all the boxes.. and one of them pretended they covered holes while the other one was just hovering around doing Nothing.. He got another £50 pounds and left in 15 minutes.. he said theres 3-months warranty..Lying.. He is a fraud and tries to befriend you and smile with you to make you not check his work (actually no work done) Then I checked the water tank a few minutes later and found a massive hole!!!!!!!! Not even a blind person would miss that, let alone somebody claiming to be professional!! So I called him immediately... he said he will come in two days to fix it... And guess what... He never showed up!! I tried again but then gave up hope...He took £100 for nothing :( Home Office Should DEPORT this guy!!
