The worst service EVER
This courier did NOT deliver a parcel designated for a higher level of a building. Instead he created a scene with security until they called the destination office and sent someone down to collect the parcel. The courier claimed that it would "take too long" for him to go up in the lift, but was happy to wait for someone to go down and meet him. He therefore expected someone else to do his job for him. The worst service possible.
