I was on my way to the hospital to see my new born grandson, on route, my car had broken down, near a petrol station, and I called up the AA, and was informed the wait time could be up to 2hrs. I went into the station to buy a drink, and I got talking to one of the managers (TJ) told him what had happened, and he got one of the mechanics to have a look at the car, they towed into there work shop, and within 25mins had diagnosed and fixed the problem, and only charging me for the part (£30). The staff could see how I was so desperate to see my new Grandson, and they even gave me some flowers. I can't thank you enough for all your help. Mrs Linda Hewitt.
