KARATE AND SELF DEFENCE FROM AGE 3 AND A HALF TO ADULT
We teach karate and self-defence to children age 3 AND A HALF to adult. We also include Discipline, interactive karate games, learn some Japanese terms, small group meetings to help children with any problems in or out of school. Confidence building and make friends. Family class from age 8 to adult.
Christine Sensei has over 30 years of experinece in karate , she also has experience in Jujitsu, Chucks, and had a CRB check and is a first aider.

So helpful
I took my two children to Black Panther karate thinking they might be a bit young at 4 and 7 years, but Christine the teacher is so good with them and the kids really enjoy karate. Thanks Chris and teachers.
