Strange man lives in this building, goes by name of M.Bradbury. Is an internet harasser. Lives at this hotel address, 2 Mowbray Road. Harasses women online for over a year, daily messages: insults, love message. Admits to being unemployed. This reflects badly on the Hotel itself.
