Bill Upton is a man of his word, He is not just another computer wizard who comes speaks a language you dont understand. He not only comes to where you are, but takes time to really do the job properly. if he himself cannot fix it he will call up one of his technitions who will know. I am a typical woman silver serfer, who has no idea beyond hitting a keyboard - but his patience has been amazing. He and his team mended my laptop on site and then built me a desktop. He also provides lessons for us confused ones. He comes when he says he will come and when it suits YOU. No waiting for weeks, he or one of his team are there within hours. I couldn't rate them highly enough - especially after some problems with other companies who are only interested in keeping your computer for weeks and charging a hefty fee. They know their job and are human. In a day when con artists daily grow these are the real deal.
