Paid for the best seats and got them!!!! woohoo. really happy, got block 101 and a lounge pass, and was really worth it! Excellent communication and received the tickets special delivery all safe and secure. Would recommend. The guy above (reading fest, should count his lucky stars) some companies dont even give money back - i found this company very receptive and affable.
