As buyers, we really appreciated all the help we received from the Property Lounge. Unlike some estate agents, they gave us a very realistic, well informed and honest appraisal of the house we were buying, and we never once felt pressured into making hasty decisions. They were very helpful on the negotiation process, and once our offer was accepted they were still more than happy to give up their time and allow us into the house for extra viewings, which was something we were grateful for. We weren't forgotten about once the deal was done, and there was plenty of after care, which is rare. They also liaised closely with the vendor to make sure the house was clear by the time we exchanged, which isn't always the case. All round an excellent service.
