Avoid like the Plague!

Don't let all the 'impressive' credentials fool you, NFRC registered doesn't give you any back-up! A few years ago I paid over �£7,000 to this company for re-roofing work. They gave no advice or help, consequently it means I have no insulation. They refused all reasonable requests I made during the progress of work. Lastly (and let this be a warning!) a year after completion a ridge tile 'fell off' - "it's windy" they told me - and they told me my 10 year guarantee was invalidated as they had gone into liquidation! They now run exactly the same company in the same offices withe the same rude, unhelpful staff (it's impossible to speak to them once you've paid) only the company name is slightly different, instead of WEDGE ROOFING they are now called EARNEST WEDGE ROOFING, which is a joke really because there's nothing earnest about this shoddy outfit who claim to be 'expert craftsmen roofers'. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
