I passed it by for what seemed like years, then one day a friend suggested I try it out, Oh those wasted years !! what HAD I been missing ! you really do need to give it a go as the food is excellent and the staff are experts in making you feel welcome it is simply an undiscovered jewel and best of all it is home from home, Want to IMPRESS your friends ? then take them to the Roman Cafe Bistro for a truly excellent experience just add a sprinkling of romance or laughter for a perfect dinner date. Nearest London Overground Station, Caledonian Rd & Barnsbury nearest tube (Piccadilly line) is Caledonian Rd and Nearest Victoria Line is Highbury & Islington Go on...treat yourself !!

A quirky little place, run by a lovely couple (Hong and her husband), with freshly cooked and delicious food - at knock down prices for the quality and taste. Average price for a main: £8.50. Recommended: the lamb shish. Starter plates also fantastic

I'll keep this review short and simple. I have been to this delightful restaurant a couple of times and each time I have been fully enjoyed the experience. The food is quite simply delicious, the staff are friendly and it has a lovely ambience to it. A must!!
