Brief business description

The Dukes Head is a riverside pub that has always had a connection with rowing and is the starting point for the University Boat Race. It stands near Putney Bridge next to the Thames. It is a Victorian pub and all three bars reflect this with their etched and cut glass, mirrors, and carved mahogany. Catering for private parties is available upon request.

The pub is split over 3 levels of classiness so is fairy large. Top level is more for diining and seems a somewhat relaced atmosphere, street level looks like a typical english pub with a chatting vibe throughout, but the fun to be had is surely downstairs where the music is slightly cheesy but a friendly hard drinking vibe is to be had, perhaps its the plastice cups you get given when exiting out into the garden but I think this place has charm, charisma and locality which I will rate top notch!!
