  • 2 Slow, tasty and RUDE!

My lunch time experiences here are that the food is good and the staff was kind yet slow. Today it was terribly slow and the guy in charge was very rude. He asked me when leaving if "all was well" and I replied we wouldn't leave a tip this time as the service had been extremely slow, not to mention any word of apology. I normally tip very generously yet we waited for 25 min.!! He reacted irritated, claiming we had 'only' waited for 10 min. (later he even cut it back to 5 min.) and saying he was not expecting a tip anyway from us. Then he basically told us to f*ck off by saying that "..next time we should go to the other Thai, a few blocks away" and he walked away.. As a pedagogical worker I'd say this guy might need some re-education when it comes to customer service... I won't be back anymore, no matter how nice the food is.

  • 8 Good for an afterwork meal

They serve pretty good thai food here that is out super fast and it's quite cheap for what you get too. Staff are nice and friendly but the place does tend to be pretty dead from Monday to Wednesday.

  • 7 Good food at good prices

Not fancy, but the food is good, inexpensive pretty quick. Upstairs they have a pretty nice little restaurant that is a bit more upscale. Great for lunch or dinner.

  • 10 quality food, good prices

Very nice thai food. and a pub too. Becomes quite busy during lunch times. The restaurant upstairs has a good lively atmosphere. recommended dish no: 48 on the upstairs restaurant menu.
