• Do Not Use them!

  Please never ever rent a property with them. They're just awfully rude even when it's completely their fault. We were forced to pay expenses left by an earlier tenant. The heating in our flat hasn't come on all through October and November. After various emails, we've gotten rude repliesand still no heating. PLEASE DON"T LET A PROPERTY WITH THEM!

• They would live their tenants to rot

  Please do not even think of getting involved with this bunch of ignorants. They have no human feelings and would leave their tenants to rot in mouldy bedrooms rather than spending money on repairs!!! Made me live in a mouldy house for more than a year before carrying out suitable remedial works and evicted soon afterwards ( as an 'icnonvenient' and ' demanding' tenant). They just want people to shut up and pay their rent without giving anything in return! Communication with them will drive you mad. To made things even more funny they are likely to send you a request for rent even after you moved out and checked out- as if the fact you are no loner their tenant so insignificant that it just slipped their attention! BEWARE!!

• Re worst agency ever

  I just happened across this site and I couldn't believe my eyes. In 1980 I onwed a flat in Aylesbury Bucks, We had major problems with the managment agents nothing ever got done etc etc. Guess who the company was. Yep tou got it in one. some things never change.

  we have been fighting freshwater property management to actually manage our block of 142 flats for the last 8 years, they do nothing except charge vast amounts of money on our service charge bills which we have to fight every year ,nothing gets done ,they have no thoughts or feelings for the people in there blocks we are just a money making machine for them, so if you are thinking of having them as your management company be aware ,you would do better and live in a tent on the M25

• The worst agency ever!!!

  I am so angry by their incompetence and mismanagement that I feel obliged to write this message now. I have been living in a flat managed by Freshwater for a year and they have actually managed NOTHING. Not even the contract. Even if I left it, I am still waiting the lease… I left because the property was full of mould!! They didn't come to clean it of course. After having called the guy in charge of this property, I am still waiting for my deposit after 3 months I left!!!! If you are about to take a property managed by Freshwater, simply don't do it!!
