Have had an ongoing problem in my property since October '06. Still it persists. Various attempts at getting it fixed but still they fail. Trying to get hold of them is next to impossible. Leave them voicemail messages to call you back - don't hold your breath. As for Marie S. threaten them with the small claims court and that they have to pay your fees as well - you will see some movement from them. Meanwhile I'm getting environmental health involved. Enough is enough. Avoid Freshwater at all costs...
Mr T.
I am so angry by their incompetence and mismanagement that I feel obliged to write this message now. I have been living in a flat managed by Freshwater for a year and they have actually managed NOTHING. Not even the contract. Even if I left it, I am still waiting the lease⦠I left because the property was full of mould!! They didn't come to clean it of course. After having called the guy in charge of this property, I am still waiting for my deposit after 3 months I left!!!! If you are about to take a property managed by Freshwater, simply don't do it!!
Marie S.
