impossible to get any response
Magnum properties are the management company in charge of my leasehold for my flat. When I phoned the office, the lady told me that there is only one person who can deal with me, and that I need to either write to him or phone his mobile number. I have now sent two letters, and left messages on his mobile phone (he never answers it) over the last six months, and have not received a single reply. I'm about to contact the leasehold advisory service to find out the best way to deal with this company.

renting with magnum properties
My experience with Magnum has to date been extremely negative. The staff are unhelpful and uncooperative and make themselves conveniently uncontactable should they be needed for any reason. O star rating from me.
