    Clean Bean tofu is great! I have really high tofu standards, and I was really discouraged with the tofu in London until I found this little handcrafter. This tofu is so fresh and lovely: smells just right, tastes delicate and delicious enough to eat raw, and the curds are firm and well-formed for a very nice texture. For now, this fresh tofu is only available to buy at Borough market, but the owner is hoping to expand soon.
