Rose Morris After sales.

I bought a Zoom 16 track recorder from Rose Morris Denmark street when i was visiting London last year,(I live in Scotland), was having problems understanding the manual, went into the Rose Morris web page & emailed "ask an expert".. no reply, emailed a few more times, still no reply, in the end i phoned the shop & was given a tel No which turned out to be their supplier who said since they (Rose Morris) sold it to me it was upto them to help, anyway to cut a long story short, phoned them again, the guy that answered said he would get sumone to email me, that was over 2 months ago & still no email, so beware! if you buy from them dont expect any help after you have given them your money.
