How is thes shop still in business?

I've had the misfortune to venture through the doors of The Bass Cellar on a couple of occasions and I've also phoned them 3 times. Without exception the staff were rude and unhelpful. Their prices are also absolutely extortionate. Most of the shops in Denmark street are owned by the same company - Music Ground - so there is no real competition in the area. If you want to buy bass gear do some research and use one of the many excellent bass shops around but avoid Denmark Street like the plague. If you are not a Rock Star you will be treated with contempt.
