  I used Bill Bunn Motorcycles to get the MOT in June 2009. The only thing which didn't work properly was the rear light. However, they told me that there is a need to replace the shock absorber. I agreed (everyone has to make money somehow) although the shock absorber was completely all right. I picked up the bike a few days later and paid £250. At home I noticed that the brake/rear light wasn't done. Only stop light was working, not rear light. So I brought the scooter back next day and picked up the following day. There was another problem this time. Only rear light was working and stop light didn't. It was awkward for me to go there third time so I just let it be. Unfortunately I was stopped by Police a week later due to this rear light problem and I had to pay Penalty Notice and my MOT was voided. I came to Bill Bunn to sort this out and they told me that this is a different problem and I have to pay for the service and another MOT again!!! I used different garage this time and the problem was just a bulb! To conclude, Bill Bunn Moto is useless in every (even the smallest) problem but they will charge you a lot for nothing. In addition, if you come back to complain they would definitely charge you again for something what you paid already before. Avoid this service at all cost. I certainly will!

  I have used Bill Bunns for over 40 years, and will continue to do so. Every thing right first time, percy you must be one of those people who does not know what they want. Eric

• Half-baked bunn

  Helpful but hopeless at ordering things - ordered wrong parts once, then another time simply forgot to order at all. On the other hand, fairly reasonable
