  This is my second home inspection with London Inventory Company. I had used them 5 years ago as a first time home buyer and was very happy. All the things I appreciated about my previous experience were true again with this inspection. They are helpful and thorough. They answered all my questions and concerns.

  They came in and did a complete inspection of my home. He reviewed everything and also did an infrared scan. He pointed out a number of items that I was not aware of and can now plan my work accordingly. Thank you London Inventory Company, would definately recommend your services.

  London Inventory Company did a great job at inspecting the house we were planning to buy. They made us aware of all the concerns we should have about the home and reassured us on previous issues that have been fixed properly. They are not in a hurry and will inspect thoroughly.   Having been a professional Landlady for over 15 years I would never move a tenant into one of my investments without a Professional Inventory carried out. London Inventory Company break the normal. They have been so effective, to the point and professional. It has been a pleasure using them.

  Daniel did a home inspection for us two months ago and I am still impressed. He was very professional and answered all our questions in patience. We not only got a great inspection but also learned a lot from him. The basement looked damp in multiple places. Daniel identified where is a problem, where is a pass issue, and where is not. I would definitely recommend his service.

  This company is very professional , The inspectors are both certified for mold and home inspections , gives them a lot of knowledge that helps put together the right scope of work. Service and pricing are very good. Alan is very professional and nice. You will get full value for money and more .

  We were very happy with the service and advice we got from this company. We had only 3 days to get the inspection done and Ronald was able to work with us on short notice. He was very thorough, he took a ton of pictures (which he showed us using his iPad after he was done), and he sent us the final report a few days later. Both the listing agent and our real estate agent were impressed with the time he spent at the house and how helpful he was.

  Terrance is enthusiastic and detailed. You will get a detailed report and know exactly what repairs are necessary and what repair is voluntary. Terrance takes whatever time is necessary to give you the accurate picture of your house. Recommend him!
