Rude male co-ordinator, polite female

The other day I phoned to enquire if there were any cabs and what the cost would be to go to a certain destination. The gentleman who answered was very rude and abrupt accusing me of just wanting to enquire about a price without really wanting a cab. I explained that I did want a cab but wanted to check the price and get back to him in two minutes after contacting people at the destination - he shouted at me and when I said there was no need, he hung up. I must add however that I phoned back and got a lady who was very polite and I booked the cab through her so 1 star for the gentleman and 4 stars for the lady average of 3

Cheap and good

I always use these people. They're prompt, reliable and good value. Can't think of any reason to take off points, so they get 10/10.
