About Us

Hi Healthwise Massage Sports & Remedial Therapy was set up in 2005 by myself (Shanti Mathews) with the aim of bringing greater health and wellness to the community by the use of the following range of complementary health therapies and fitness training skills: Sports Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Workplace Chair Acupressure Massage ,Chair Massage for Parties, Fitness Classes for Community Groups, Chair-based Exercise Classes for the Elderly, Personal Training, Tai Chai Classes. We enjoy working with all age groups and are fully qualified and insured.

  I have had Shanti's treatments and have been very helpful for my muscular pain and shoulder tension, Shanti is a good listener of wht the person needs and she knows exactelly what can she do to help with the problem.She is very professional and her knowledge is one of the best to help anybody to feel great after the massage or therapies she provide.   I have had a variety of full body massage treatments, sports, aromatherapy and hot -stone from Shanti over the past year. I have osteoarthritis and regular monthly treatments keep me mobile and relatively free from cronic pain. Shanti has a warm and friendy manner and is always happy to adapt her treatments to suit my requirements on the day. Shanti comes to my home to give my treatments and I would recommend you try her magic touch.!

  I have had numerous Sports and Aromatherapy massages at the Forest Complementary Clinic, and always by Shanti, who I have known for years. Shanti is brilliant and understands the areas that require the attention in easing my pain and discomfort. Shanti has a friendly open manner and is very professional; she quickly puts people at ease.
