We make fitted wardrobes, alcove units, cabinets, fitted/floating shelves, media units, storage solutions and alot more. We cover all of Central and South London and into Kent.   Simon and the team installed two alcove units with floating shelves and some fitted wardrobes for us. We weren't looking for the cheapest quote however we were looking for excellent quality - which has been delivered. Simon was very patient with us (we made quite a few last minute changes), provided lots of examples of similar work to give us ideas, kept in contact and was very professional. The fitting was exemplary, everything left clean and tidy, walls made good where old fittings removed.

  We were thoroughly delighted with our bespoke furniture. Everyone that has seen it has been really impressed. The firm where professional, clean and efficient. If I could I would have him do something in every room!!!!!!

  I don't normally leave reviews but I felt compelled to for Form Creations. We have used them three times now and every time they have been really professional - they really respect your home and requirements. Simon is really creative and has designed us some amazing furniture that we're really proud of. Not only that but Simon is a really nice guy and you can trust him 100%.
