The customer service at this store is appalling. the owner is quite a rude woman and i wouldnt recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money at this shop even if their life depended on it. My advice is that their are many other stores that sell the same lingerie but with better customer service and an overall approach to how they value their customers. Please done waste your time and go to this shop. In my opinion shop owners should value each and every customers custom and this is not the case with the owner of this store. Her assistant is ok but she just dampens the atmosphere by her unkempt rude and rough manner. one would have thought that if you are running such a small shop that you would try at least to befriend your customers and get to know them but you are not even greeted with a smile at no point from her whist in the shop. she keeps her face like a brick wall. she comes over as a pathethic human being and everyone should boycott her store!!
