I bought an item with a next day delivery. I got email saying it was not in stock so would be delivered within 3-5days. 2 weeks later I sent 3 emails enquiring about my order and asking to cancel it. No reply whatsoever. Only when I claimed a refund through Paypal they sent me the item (even if it was cancelled!!!) Did not return it as still needed it. I asked to refund postage and was offered another item to cover the postage. Several weeks have passed and nothing has been sent....Avoid them!!!
