    I recently rented a 1bed apartment that's managed by this company. I paid the deposit and one month rent and the reference check was successful. When the check-in date got closer, I was told that I'd have to wait for some more days. When the final move-in date came I was told that the apartment is not available anymore (whaaaat?!). I had all my stuff packed and had ended my previous tenancy and there I was without a place to go. So avoid this place at all costs. Mikko
