A fresh giant prawn is cooked delicately in Swadesh special sauce.
ZAFRANI FISH TIKKA
From the clay oven, tender pieces of skilfully charcoal-roasted fish marinated with saffron and fresh herbs.
PRAWN ON PUREE
Deep-fried home-made bread served with prawn, cooked with spices, flavoured with curry leaves.
ACHARI CHICKEN TIKKA
Chicken morsels marinated in yoghurt, pickle masala, various spices and cooked in the Tandoor.
TANDOORI SHORA
Home-made cheese marinated in a ginger paste, Indian spices, yoghurt and mustard oil, served from the clay oven.
