A mixed starter of Achari Chicken, Kasoori Kebab, Lamb Boti Kebab, Onion Bhaji and Aloo Bora.


SPECIAL KING PRAWN
A fresh giant prawn is cooked delicately in Swadesh special sauce.


ZAFRANI FISH TIKKA
From the clay oven, tender pieces of skilfully charcoal-roasted fish marinated with saffron and fresh herbs.


PRAWN ON PUREE
Deep-fried home-made bread served with prawn, cooked with spices, flavoured with curry leaves.


ACHARI CHICKEN TIKKA
Chicken morsels marinated in yoghurt, pickle masala, various spices and cooked in the Tandoor.


TANDOORI SHORA
Home-made cheese marinated in a ginger paste, Indian spices, yoghurt and mustard oil, served from the clay oven.

Chicken cooked in a spicy sauce with a touch of Naga. Very hot and aromatic chilli.

A spicy dish of chicken pieces cooked in Indian spices & black pepper.


CHEF'S SPECIAL CHICKEN CURRY (medium)
An exceptional chicken curry, unique to the Swadesh. Our chef's special sauce is hot, sweet, sour and spicy.

ROGAN JOSH ( medium )
A madras hot lamb stew cooked in a rich sauce.


GOSTH DAHIWALLA ( fairly hot )
Lamb cooked Kashmiri style, based on cashew nuts, yoghurt, chilli and whole masala spice.


SIKANDARI GOSTH ( Lamb Shank )
Shank of lamb braced in ginger and garlic paste and a twist of ground roasted spices.
