• Very good customer support

  I would have given them 5* had they not made an initial mistake on the item shipped to me. They shipped the wrong item, not the one I ordered. However, to their credit, they were able to rectify the mistake promptly once it was established that a mistake had indeed been made. Initially, I thought with the mistake this was going to be one of those nightmarish customer support encounters. But the way it was resolved, I would be happy to order from them again and even recommend them to my friends.

  I always prefer shopping online as it is easy and quick, and I have tried a number of websites. I must admit Mobymemory is a very efficient website. It has a huge variety of memory cards and other accessories. In addition, the customer service is also great. Try it out.

  The product was in stock, as promised, and sent out immediately. That was very impressive. Also, the price was very reasonable, and the entire order process was smooth.

  I also ordered a memory card from mobymemory.com and money was also taken immediately. However, no order acknowledgment email has been sent %u2013 in fact not one email has been sent to me and yet they have taken MY MONEY. Repeated emails to mobymemory.com remain unanswered %u2013 not a single correspondence even after 7 emails. It has now been 4 weeks and unfortunately I have to accept that this scum have taken my money and %u2018run%u2019. Never use this site

• Mobimemory - be very careful ordering from them

  I ordered an 8gb sdhc memory card back in June '10, money taken immediately but card didnt show up. After several mails they finally replied saying accounting problems meant the order hadnt filtered thru to sales (guess from bedroom to frontroom?). Mr Unnamed promised to 're'-send, but didnt. After lots of mail they finally sent a claimform with usual threats about wrong info. I sent it back around 20th July, after that I have not seen the money nor heard anything (it is now 8th Sept). I can only say - NEVER order from Mobymemory, use trusty people like picstop, 7-dayshop etc etc. Rgds Svein B
