    John Gifford General Manager Stevens Pass Ski Resort To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter on behalf of The Slider Corporation and as General Manager of Stevens Pass Ski Resort, located in Washington State. Two years ago, I watched as a new company in the snow sports industry (The Slider Corporation) began to appear at our resort. Their product, referred to as an "iCycle", consisted of a frame, elevated rider board with toe binding, handlebars similar to a bike, and skis with the same construction of a ski or snowboard (P-tex base with the accepted steel edges). As these prototypes began to appear on our slopes, I was impressed by the way skiers, and snowboarders alike, gravitated to the Slider product whenever it made an appearance. As General Manager of Stevens Pass I feel the iCycle has a strong future in the snow sports industry, and with changing times and a stagnant economy we must look for different ways to diversify our industry; one such method is with product variety.
