This July we are offering a taster day, a workshop for computer use, and half-price first lessons throughout the month. Many opportunities to try the Alexander Technique for less!! Alexander Technique Taster Day If you'd like to try the Alexander Technique, but want to know a bit more about it before you commit to lessons, this is a great opportunity. We will be offering 20 minute taster lessons for only 8 pounds at our clinic on July 12th. You will have a chance to experience what happens in a lesson, speak to a practitioner about your particular health concerns and find out how the Technique could be beneficial. Venue: 111 Highbury Park Road London N5 1UB We are located near the Highbury Barn, an area which benefits from several health food shops, book shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as a park. The nearest tube stations are Arsenal, Highbury/Islington and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly , Victoria , and London Overground). We are also serviced by buses including the 4 and the 19. This workshop will address the difficulties of working at a computer and how the Alexander Technique can help us use computers without causing ourselves harm. The workshop will be led by two teachers so that all attending will get a chance to have a private Alexander Technique session and consultation from a teacher.
