• CURTAIN FACTORY OUTLET- SEE YOU IN COURT!

I ONLY RATED THEM ONE AS I COULD NOT RATE 0 ON THIS SITEI fourtunately did not have my curtains made here- however they were extremely pushy as i purchased fabric here however a family friend had already agreed to make my curtains for me.I had the curtains made but then needed a bay window track put up. They charged me nearly £300.00 to fit it but screwed it so close to the edge of the window frame that they split my woodwork so badly.The man was so aggressive and rude i did not complain directly to him but shortly after when my friend came to dress the curtains she mentioned that the track was not sturdy and would snap within a month or two- therefore she advised me not to hang the curtains till the track was redone. I complained to the outlet customer service manager. Shortly after i got a call from the track fitter shouting abuse down the phone. They redid the track for me and the second fitter was amazing but i am taking them to court for the previous damage that they have left on my window. I have sent three complaint letters yet no reply. AVOID USING THEM UNLESS IT IS JUST TO PURCHASE MATERIALS.

• The Curtain Factory Outlet

  I went to the Curtain Factory Outlet because it was recommended by a neighbour who said that they had a wide selection of fabric at reasonable prices. While this is true, I was not prepared for the rudeness of the staff, who have very poor customer service skills, they don't acknoledge you when you are there, the don't know smile, I was appalled. Having found the fabric I was looking for, I decided to have the curtains made by them anyway. The curtains took ages to get done, they lost my order, you name it. When I eventaully got my curtains, the trim at the top was not the style I wanted and they refused to give me a discount, heck they didn't even apologise, they said I didn't explain myself clearly when I placed the order! The quality of the curtain was second to none, I have to admit that, but the customer service is really bad, I won't be going back.
