• Candidate for worst company on the planet

  I feel it is my duty to warn any unsuspecting potential storm heating customers to stay well away from this company. After five separate visits to my property they brought the wrong part each time. On two occasions they did not even turn up despite having made an appointment. If you try and escalate your issue by asking to speak to a manager you will find that they never call you back. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

• Average phone operators, poor service, steer clear

  I rarely give reviews because they can be subjective. Yet I'm compelled to give this one! After having several appointments with this firm I wished I had not called in the first place. The multiple appointments were to fix the one and same issue - a broken switch. They constantly turn up late!! A morning appointment for 9am resulted in a call to see whether I was around...at 4.30pm!!! Be sure to check they are ordering the correct part if you require a second visit after problem diagnosis! The firm has a central dept for phone calls and several contractors who actually provide the servicing/repairing. They sometimes have issues getting in touch with the contractors.....which means you do too!!! I would recommend ANY other service provider. For those of you believing this to be sour grapes, you may try them and see. If you receive better service than I then you've been lucky.
