Brief business description

Kamera Obscura is a bespoke dress design company, set up in 2003 by designer-maker Martine Abate. Every Kamera Obscura creation is the result of a close collaboration between client and designer. The emphasis is on imaginative use of fabric, exquisitely cut and with details chosen to reflect the client’s personality. Whether a little black dress or a winter coat, the same care goes into every piece. Starting with an initial appointment, everything is designed and handmade at our London studio.
