    We booked with Regents Midwifery Practice because we wanted the birth of our first baby to be special. The attention and support we received was fantastic and although we had originally planned a hospital birth, we opted for a home waterbirth during labour! We cant thank odette enough for all her support and advice and recommend her highly to other expecting couples.

About Us

Brief description

Our service offers the very best in one to one midwifery care. Our experienced and highly trained midwives will arrange an initial free home consultation to discuss options for you. Our service includes home pregnancy care, labour care, and our midwives will visit you regularly up to 28 days after your baby is born. We specialise in Homebirth, Waterbirth, VBAC, Lotus birth and hospital labour support and are available for you 24 hours a day. We are also able to offer one off consultations to discuss homebirth, natural birth, waterbirth, hypnobirthing, breastfeeding or labour preparation.

Trade Bodies / Associations

Our professional midwives are trained to the highest standards and regulary attend study days in dealing with obstetric emergencies. We are all trained in (ALSO) Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (2008) We are all members of: RCM (Royal College of Midwives) IMA (Independent Midwives Association) AIMS(Association for Improvements in Maternity Services) ARM (Association of Radical Midwives)

Any Specialist Products or Services?

We specialise in natural childbirth, and use a variety of natural remedies and complementary practitioners to support you. We can include herbal remedies, reflexology, essential oils, Bach flower remedies, Hypnobirthing and Shiatsu.
