  I've been trying to give up smoking for a long time and my wife convinced me to try Hypnotherapy. I had a 1 hour session with Claire and I haven't had a cigarette since. I found it much easier than I could have imagined. I would reccommend Claire to anyone looking to give up smoking.

  I had been smoking for over 10 years and never thought I'd be able to stop but I met with Claire once and I now am officially a none smoker... I can hardly believe it. Hypnotherapy had not only changed my life but it's saving me a fortune...

  I was very nervous when I went to see Claire, as I had never had hypnotherapy before. Claire explained the process fully, and answered all my questions patiently, as we discussed my issues. The whole experience from begining to end was calming and really relaxing. Thanks Claire.
