I am expecting a replacement for a Ravello 180cm Rest Assured mattress I bought in November and which from the first few days developed a deformation. THREE TIMES already I have been waiting at home for a delivery which never came. I have been countless times in contact with John (the son's owner),and some other salesman who was of no help and did not know anything about the subject. My repeated calls were virtually never returned, and I had to call again every time. Today, John assured me (again) the matress would be delivered between 5 and 5:30 and once more no one came. Already once before I took time off work which cost me money as I am a freelancer, and in 2 occasions I stayed at home on a saturday waiting for a false delivery. This is the absolute last time I am played like this, I will not tolerate this insult to my intelligence. I will ask for my money back. I will also post comments on every blog and website I come across informing potential customers of the bad experience I had buying from you, in the hope they do not have to suffer it.
