AllWeatherChildCare is an agency based in London offering a strong personal service with an intent to work as hard for the childcarers as we do for the families, this is largely driven by the fact that all of our consultants are required to have prior nanny experience.

What makes this business unique:

While it is possible to find nannies that are a perfect match on paper we are aware of the fact that they simply don?t click with the parents when they meet face to face. We try to eliminate this by getting to know both sides in as much detail as possible, including meeting all nannies we put forward face-to-face. It?s not a secret that only a happy nanny can provide a fun and quality time to your children, which is why we discuss with the families the work conditions they can offer to the childcarer and the benefits of an open dialogue.

great service: happy parent, happy nanny and happy son.

never had a nanny before and was impressed by the way the consultant at this agency guided me through the entire process which is a bit more complicated than expected (think Tax). I gather they are new so took a bit longer than I expected to get the right nanny but she is doing great job and I appreciated the fact that the consultant came over after a week into the placement to make sure we (most importantly my 2 year old) were all happy with the arrangement - Judy (Parsons Green, London)
