Mike is the greatest!

I am an American student studying in London and my laptop is absolutely necessary to my work. So when my Dell started having battery problems, I was devastated. I got Mike's number from a friend at school and called him. He came and looked at the computer (no diagnostic fee!) and said he coincidentially had the same model at home! He was going to use it for parts anyway so he said he'd just switch the motherboards and batteries and my laptop would be like new. I thought it was too good to be true, but Mike did just what he said and it worked! I don't even need a travel adapter anymore because my laptop is on UK power now! I couldn't believe how reasonable his prices were (even cheaper with my student discount). He was super friendly too and very easy to talk to. I recommend Mike everytime someone I know needs computer repair. Thanks Mike!!
