What a breath of fresh air - a responsive, caring, customer focussed company, who believe in very high levels of customer service. Just bought a Ladies Hybrid bike for wifey (she complained about bikes with straight handlebars causing aching wrists) now all she wants to do is go cycling. The other comment written here is total rubbish! These bikes are made in Europe, well built and are fantastic value for money. Just go onto their site - capitalcycles.co.uk and see the customers' reviews for yourself. I cycle mine 70 miles a week from Fulham to Mayfair and it has NEVER let me down. But as i say, don't just believe me, see what everyone else says on the site AND on their ebay feedback page!

Both myself and my friend bought bikes form Capitol and while they are cheap, they are still not worth the price! They are made in China, and have only and illusion of being a decent product. Buy a second hand bike from ebay.
