Very interesting place!
The only reason for not giving Andaz the fifth star is that it's a bit difficult to find your way around in it--it's a virtual maze. Having said that, the maze effect is in some ways part of it's charm. From quizzing the staff, the hotel is apparently in what used to be (quite some time ago) a hospital. The rooms are very modern and well appointed and the restaurants and bars are great. The staff is also extremely helpful in finding your way around. I got lost on more than one occasion and a staff member was always happy to lead me to my destination.
