    I have already left a review for Fiz here but felt as though I need to warn anyone thinking of going to her. After calling the YUKO Academy in London, they informed me she isnt even YUKO Registered or had any training which she claims! They are actually investigating her as they have had many complaints. If you go to the YUKO Academy London website, you can find a list of registered salons/hairdressers qualified to do YUKO and she isnt one of them! DO NOT GO HERE!! She is even now claiming her name is Sam on her Gumtree ad!!!

    I love the fact that it's affordable and I didnt get high prices like you normally would in central London for Yuko japanese hair straightening. This is the second time i visited to have it done and once more I was pleased with the results. I was also happy that it took only an hour less than normal and the results are great! will be back next year as long as the prices are kept as they are!

    I have had YUKO done many times before but decided to try Fiz as it was more local to me and cheaper. I am Asian and have wavy hair which is quite thick but not course. As I have had YUKO done before, I was expecting my hair to turn out the same which was STRAIGHT (at least) soft and shiny. Unfortunately, I got none of that. After not washing my hair for 48 hours (as directed) once the YUKO was done, my hair was practically the same and all underneath was wavy! It didn’t look good at all! However, Fiz did offer to re do the wavy bits so I went back a few days later. I left my hair for slightly longer this time (3 days) and washed it the day I flew out on holiday. To my shock and upset, my hair was still exactly the same. I got my hair done specifically as I was going on holiday for 3 weeks! I didn’t have the time to get it sorted out and to be honest, I couldn’t be bothered to go back again as if she can’t get it right the first time, or the second, she never will. Just goes to show that cheaper is not always better. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money but you live and learn. Definitely won’t be recommending Fiz.

    Very professional she did an amazing job and always talked to through the process and how the chemicals work. Had it done today i was scared as I have mixed race afro hair but i can promise you my hair straight frizz free and looking really healthy glad I found fizmakeup. Happy Girl. defiantly moneys worth aswell cheapest place I found one place wanted the charge me £480 and the cheapest was £250. But only paid £190 with a haircut from fiz. Great Buisness honestly

    This is the cheapest I have been able to find Yuko straightening in London, and she does a great job. The results last for about 9 months, depending on how curly or wavy your hair is. I couldn't recommend it more!

    I have always gotten my hair straightened back home in Manila. This was the very first time I have tried this here in London and I've got to say, this is really good value for money. My hair looked fab and boyfriend loves it. He wants to have my hair like this all the time now. I shopped around before I chose this and the good reviews helped me decide apart from the price. The owner was really competent and had a great bedside manner. She also gave good advice about which shampoo and conditioner to use afterwards. I will definitely come back in the future. The only reason I gave a four is because it is far. :)

    After having yuko straightening, my hair is straight, easy to manage and just heavenly. I had complete confidence in Filza, who made me feel relaxed and confident with her skills. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, unlike some visits I have had to hairdressers and I am going back for colour soon. Thank you. I can now go on a camping holiday, without worrying that my hair will be a constant frizz bomb.. yay. Lots of thanks x

    Filza's Yuko treatment on my hair has had fantastic results . My hair is completely straight and shiny when before it would frizz up if any sort of dampness touched . The process is musch quicker now taking about 3 hours from start to finish . Filza is warm and welcoming and suggests lots of useful tips and tricks to manage your hair.Thanks again!!

    I had my hair straightened over a week ago and I love it! It took 3hs for shoulder lenght hair and once completed I couldn't wash it, pin it, tie it back etc for 48hrs to allow the treatment to lock in. Once I washed it I was so amazed just how long it took to style - 10mins finger blow dry! I didn't have to use my GHDs or spend my usual 1hr styling it! Well worth the money, time spent on doing this. Highly recommend Fiz to all my friends and family as she is the cheapest around by far. Keep up the good work FIz and see you in a year for my next treatment x

    After reading reviews i felt more confident to go and get my hair treated. Getting it done here was far cheaper than anywhere else i researched so i thought - if it doesnt work i havent lost too much- The lady who did my hair made me feel relaxed, she was infomative about the product and took me step by step through the process, she was so quick, professional and put so much attention to detail, making sure every strand of hair was treated and dead straight. AMASING RESULTS!!!!

    I had my hair permanantly straightend using the yuko system, and il admit, I was a little scared at first as I have very thin hair and was worried it may damage my hair. But I have to say, I am VERY glad I found Fiz online, and she really did an amazing job! My hair looks soo much healthy, glossy and I cant stop looking at myself in the mirror :p She is also wayyyy cheaper than what most of the other salons offer. Shes the full package! You wont be dissapointed!........(",)

    i had rebonding done before, and was a little apprehensive about going to fiz as i had a bad experience with another straightening company in chinatown (yes, beware). she was very professional and didn't cut corners- i have very thick hair and she didn't hesitate opening another bottle to make sure my hair was well covered. very patient and it was pleasant having my hair done by her. definitely coming back for another treatment when my new hair grows out. and definitely value for money. im recommending her to all my friends :D

    I was recommended Fiz by a friend who already had her hair straightened by Fiz. To be honest i wasn't really expecting that much as my hair is VERY frizzy! However i was more than pleasantly suprised; when Fiz had finished, my hair was so soft and straight. I can now wear my hair down in the wind and the rain which i've never been able to do before. Fiz was very professional and thorough. I love my new hair and would definitely recommend Fiz!

    I had been thinking about getting my hair straightened for ages and decided to go for it after reading all the reviews for Fizmakeup. I can definitely say that she did an amazing job and my usual thick, frizzy, dry hair is no longer and the end result is amazing! I will definitely go back to Fizmakeup - don't pay salon prices, there really is no need!

    I've had my hair straightened using the Yuko system twice before so I knew how my hair was supposed to look after treatment. Fiz did a wonderful job. I have long think hair and Fiz took her time and care to do it all perfectly. It is such a relief to go from frizzy thick hair to beautifully straight, glossy hair with no effort. I definately recommend this and will be going back to Fiz in the summer to get the process repeated. Personal service, fair price and brilliant result. Thanks x

    I've been getting my hair japanese straightened for about 6 years now, at professional salons (Milbon in NYC and Yuko in London) and now with Fiz in her home salon for the past 2 years. She does a quicker and better job; I've had bits that didn't fully straighten after going to the other places but her work has always been perfect.

    I had a really curly and frizzy hair before, then i found this salon in west london highly recommended fizmakeup First i used to spend a lot of time everyday straightening my hair with straightening irons ...They have Brazilian treatment, Yuko and IHR treatments at reasonable price, lovely hair result, just wanted to say thank u fiz for such a hard work and made my hair n personality shine. and beyond that i like your nature which is so pleasing and welcoming .. you make your client feel so special that shows your a true professional..     I had previously been to West End salons until I found Fiz Make-up. Not only was it cheaper but you get one to one service unlike busy hair salons who rush to get you finished and out the door.     Filza was great from the word go - she helped me look great and to keep me calm. Everyone said how good my makeup looked. I feel i look my best in my wedding photo's. It was recommended to me to get my makeup done professionally and i would give the same advice to anyone else.
