With massage I can offer either a deeply relaxing treatment (to help reduce stress), as well as help you out of long-term patterns of pain.     Fiona first treated me late in my pregnancy. I had developed carpal tunnel syndrome, with pain radiating up both arms. I was in a great deal of discomfort and was feeling quite desperate. The massage was wonderful, remedial and at the same time incredibly relaxing. She also showed me some exercises to alleviate the pain in my arms that were very helpful. Her knowledge of the body and intuitive use of techniques make her treatments very special. I think she has a unique gift and am so glad I found her.
