  Fastclean come every few weeks when I relasie I am not keeping up with the house cleaaing and have a guest coming or a party. They go top to bottom and leave it all sparlking. No fuss, very reliable, and only £60 or so. Peace of mind and a few spare hours!

• GREAT PROFESSIONAL CLEAN!

  My corporate tenant required a professional clean done on my Battersea flat before moving in and I was delighted that FastKlean arrived on time and carried out a steam clean and full professional clean from 2pm - 6pm. I have never let my flat before but was delighted that FastKlean were able to do such a fantastic job for me! Wouldn't hestitate to recommend them!!!

• TERRIBLE!

  DO NOT USE!!! I booked FastKlean to carry out an After Builders clean on a house that we had just purchased and was moving into. We had some work done to the lounge so there was more dust than normal so we thought we would employ someone who was supposed to be professional at these jobs. The person on the phone was helpful and after going through lots of detailed questions as to what the property consisted of including what floors there were etc (I specifically said that there was a wood floor in the lounge which would need special attention) we agreed a price. 50% was to be taken the day before the clean and the remainder in cash on the day or they would take it the day after from the card. 2 cleaners came and were to be there for 8 hours. I arrived just before the end of the 8 hours to find them both sat on the stairs. I started to walk around to check the job and was horrified. There was still a lot of dust everywhere, on the windowsills and mantelpieces, some of which I doubt had been touched. Nothing looked or smelled that clean. The bathrooms were murky rather than sparkling and the inside of cupboards had not been cleaned. The kitchen floor had not been swept properly and there were still crumbs all over the cooker, I wasn’t sure what had been done! I walked around pointing out various things but then realized that they had no proper cleaning equipment. Each cleaner possessed one dirty cloth each and some flash spray. This was never going to do a proper job of cleaning anything and it was evident that where they had attempted to clean they had simply moved dirt around rather than actually having cleaned anything. FastKlean’s policy is that you have to tell them what you are not happy with and the cleaners will fix it before they leave but after another hour it was clear that this wouldn’t happen mainly because they had no proper cleaning stuff. The whole house effectively needed cleaning again. I called the head office who said they would send me a complaint form. This wasn’t really satisfactory when this was Thursday night and we were moving in on Saturday morning. I specifically said I did not authorize the second payment coming out of my account and although they wanted to send someone else this would be difficult as we were having deliveries the next day and then moving in. After their refusal to refund my money I agreed that they could send someone else the next day. My boyfriend was at the house and 2 cleaners cleaned for 2 hours. This was better than the first cleaners but they still missed cupboards and I ended up having to clean things again on the Saturday when we moved in before I could put stuff away. They also refused to clean the oak floor as they didn’t have the right equipment for it even though they knew about the floor. Which also means that the original cleaners cleaned it with the wrong equipment. How incredibly unprofessional. During the initial booking they had also said that the clean included steam cleaning of the tiles in the bathroom and the kitchens. When I put on the complaint form that this hadn’t been carried out I was called to say that this wasn’t included and would be extra. I explained that I had been told this was included and had even replied to the first email they had sent me as it wasn’t clear that it was included but I hadn’t had a reply. They now said they could add it on for another £40 and would give me a £20 discount because of the trouble! They could at least have done it for free! Most disappointingly they took the second half of the money the next day (even though they hadn’t carried out the further cleaning yet and didn’t know whether I would be satisfied) even though I specifically said I did not authorize this and have offered nothing other than a derisory email offering no solution after I called to say I was still not happy. At nearly £400 for cleaning a 3 bed house it should have been spotless, unfortunately FastKlean are no good at cleaning but are good at taking money from you even though you aren’t happy. As it is so difficult to try and get money back from these people all I can do is review them wherever I can and hope that I save other people’s money and make them lose money. Use at your peril.

• Excellent!

  I used FastKlean for a one-off spring clean. I was very impressed. The 2 cleaners were punctual, most importantly they did a really thorough and professional job and it is a good value service. Will certainly use them again. Once before I used a similar service from a well-known franchise. They were twice as expensive and less then half as good. I knew these cleaners were very good when one of them spent nearly an hour cleaning the very dirty windows (inside and out) and window frames in my living-room. No half measures here! They also moved heavy boxes etc. out of rooms so they could clean properly, turned out cupboards and I never knew my old kitchen sink could look so shiny.

• A sparkling clean home

  Thank you for making my house look so wonderful - it is so clean I could eat off the floor (although i'd rather not!). Seriously though, I'm really delighted with the cleaner you sent me, and you've cleaned my carpets brilliantly as well. I'd definitely recommend FastKlean to anyone.
