• Totally professional, efficient and courteous service

  When my 8 year old Bang & Olufsen TV failed to work on Cup Final day, I desperately rang B&O who quoted me a call out charge of £76 (not including parts and labour) and stated that it would take at least 10 days to repair the set. Unhappy, with B&O's response, I was forced to search the web & decided to try out "All Day TV Repairs" mainly due to their "no call out charge" policy which meant subsequent savings for me. However, having never used this company before, I admit to being quite cautious and nervous. I now realise I was worrying needlessly, as this company is truly first class ! The staff "diagnosed" the problem with my TV in 2 minutes gave me a very reasonable quote for repair and took the TV to their workshop and delivered it back to me within 4 hours. Yes, that's right FOUR hours as opposed to B&O taking an estimated 10 days. The staff at "All Day TV" are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but particularly courteous and respectful when entering and leaving one's premises. Furthermore, the staff did all the transporting and heavy lifting of the TV (30kg) and reconnected the vast number of plugs, wires and cables with effortless ease. Delighted by their excellent customer service I asked for advice on how to receive freeview channels with another older TV I had, that did not possess a scart socket. Again their advice was invaluable and because of "All Day TV" I now have a spare TV, previously unused, which now receives freeview channels. I have no doubts or reservations in using "All Day TV " again and most definitely recommend them to all. It is most refreshing to deal with a company such as "All Day TV, particularly in a world of cowboys, rogue tradesman and rip-off merchants.
