New Thai Garden is situated on the easily accessible edge of Canary Wharf, next to Limehouse DLR Train Station. The carefully selected menu, freshly prepared from the finest ingredients, often contains produce especially flown in from Thailand and other items selected from the best that suppliers can offer.

I am very impressed with the authenticity and quality of this restaurant. 5 Star in take outs
This restaurant serves delicious authentic Thai food. It is located close to Limehouse Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and there are plenty of buses serving this area too. The restaurant is small and the decor is quite plain but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. The service is good and the staff are polite and helpful. The price of the food is reasonable and they do have special prices for the lunchtime menu and, at the time, in the evening they had an offer for about £15 where you could eat as much as you like!Overall I'd recommend this restaurant.

New Thai Garden is my favourite Thai restaurant in London. It has very basic decor - its only downside for me - so this explains why they are probably more popular for take away than the restaurant itself, but if you want great tasting Thai food, good portions and amazing value for money - this is your place! Starters begin at £3.50 and main meals are £4.95 (rice and noodles extra) - drinks are average for London at £3 for a bottle of Thai beer. They also do a great a la carte lunch menu for £5 - including starter, main meal and drink! My favourites are the Tom Kar Gai soup, Beef Pad Prig and egg fried rice - all of which are packed with chillis and garlic and tase great. The vegetables in the stir fries always taste fresh - for example the peppers are always very well cooked with a slight crunch. The staff are very helpful and not obtrusive - great for such a small eatery. Highly recommended!
