I recently had a takeaway from there and found that I was being scammed on portion sizes and prizes... I ordered two main dishes and one of them was half the size of the other which upset not only me but my husband who was expecting something decent size for the prize of £7.99. I had a good size portion but refused to eat it as the whole evening was ruined by the treatment of the management when I complained about it. Manager was incompetent, rude and frankly should not hold the title at all. The staff on the other hand handled my difficult call well and I have to put my hands up to them. There has always been issues with their level of service and consistency of the food from the beginning... Maybe I am a difficult customer because I studied Hotel and Restaurant management for years and specialized to the kitchen side of it but I think I still can separate a good business and service from bad... guess which one this falls into?
